I knew from the very first time I visited Bladon many years ago, that it was a truly special place. Ours is a small school with a big heart – a place where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. It is something you will notice the moment you walk through our doors.

our vision shapes every aspect of school life. We want every child to develop deep roots of faith, belonging and character, to grow in wisdom through rich learning and meaningful experiences and to shine brightly by using their unique gifts to make a positive difference in the world.

As a Church of England school, we believe that every child is uniquely created and deeply valued by God. We are committed to providing an education that enables children to flourish academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally within a caring and inclusive Christian community.

Learning at Bladon is about far more than acquiring knowledge. Our dedicated staff embody this vision every day, creating an environment where children feel safe, inspired and loved. Together with our families, governors, church and wider community, we work in partnership so that every child can put down strong roots, continue growing throughout their journey and let their light shine.

We are fortunate to be situated in a beautiful village within an area of outstanding natural beauty. We continually work to make the very best of our unique setting in order to provide an intimate, nurturing environment in which our children can thrive.
